Review for Echo by E.K. Blair

Echo

The highly anticipated follow-up to Bang. Echo is the second book in the Black Lotus series.
It's been said the longest echo ever measured lasted 75 seconds, but I can assure you, this will last much longer. The bang deafened the world around me, muting everything into nullity, allowing the reflection of its destruction to live far beyond its intended life.
It will follow me forever, destroying me—destroying you.
You want answers?
So do I.
*Due to the dark and explicit nature of this book, it is recommended for mature audiences only as some scenes may be particularly disturbing.

My 5 star review
Let me start by saying that I am blown away!!! The mind that this author has is hands down one of a kind. She will take you places you have never seen and you places that you never want to see.
I am still in shock on how in the hell can she write Bang and then blow that book out of the water with Echo, it is beyond me. E.k. Blair I don't even know how you are still sane.
Now I want to tell you all about this but I won't...no scratch that I can't because then I will give it all away and there is NO WAY in hell that I am doing that. So just know that this book is 5 times better than Bang. Yup, you read that right...trust me I was thinking the same exact thing while I was reading this book.
My favorite line of the book is....

"But my truth is so ugly". "Like I said before, the truest part of a person is always the ugliest. But I'm ugly too."

I won't even lie. Yes I cried my eyes out, because that line is so butterflying true and it is freaking perfect for this book hell this whole damn series!
So E.k. Blair you are a flipping Rock star! I so can't wait for book 3! Thanking you for banging me yet again ;)

E.K. Blair
