Tilly Maxwell is a freelance photographer in New York City who happens to take the right photo at the wrong time. While on a shoot, she captures in the background of one of her pictures a man who’s just committed a murder. A man whose perfect crime has now been foiled because of chance. Because of one ill-timed click of the camera, a photographer must be silenced, and Tilly’s now on the run for her life.

John Osby, Oz, an ex Army Ranger who is now one of CEP’s best, is shocked to see Tilly when she calls on the agency needing help. Talk about a blast from the past. They’d attended high school together and he remembers her as the quiet, adorably awkward and somewhat nerdy photographer he'd had a crush on, but because their lives were so different, he didn’t dare cross the line with her, except for one drunken kiss. But now they're older, she’s blossomed into a real beauty and he intends on crossing any line he can to protect her… and have her as his own.

Tilly is a beautiful talented girl. She is a photographer and she is damn good at her job. Tilly has gone through a lot of heartache in her life and she has lost two men that were very close to her. So now Tilly vows to never let someone in her heart, because she can’t bare to lose another person. I love the relationship that Tilly and her brother Jeff have; it makes me miss my brother lots.

Doug is Tilly’s ex-lover/freelance co-worker and he is a real piece of work. In my book he is total stalker material. I want to kick his ass just like Tilly’s friend Quinn wants too. The boy needs help, for real.

Oz is a yummy 6’4 200 pounds of man! He worked for CEP. I formed a mini crush on Oz in Being Chased and now I get him all to myself! Oooooh yea! Oz has been through the years with the passing of his mother at such a young age and with his father being a drunk.

This creep ass Graham dude is something else, but I won’t say anything more about him. I don’t want to give anything away. J

OMG….. I am now on page 84 and I didn’t see any of this coming. Harper Bentley you amaze me. Tilly’s house gets broken into and Oz gets called in to hook up a tight security system for her. Once he is in her house she wants to check his fine ass out and when she does he leave her with her mouth hanging wide open…..

I loved Being chased a lot and I couldn’t get enough of Chase and Julia but my god!!!! Oz and Tilly’s story is so damn good and I couldn’t get enough of it. Please Harper Bentley don’t tell Chase that I officially cheated on him, because I need me some Oz.

Again Harper Bentley you did a kick ass job on this book and you have me on the edge of my seat and shocked me, cause I didn’t see any of this coming.

Now please go out and get this book when it comes out, you will not be sorry. I promise you that! I am smiling like a damn school girl! Trust me you will love Oz, I mean this book!!

Harper Bentley has taught high school English for 21 years. Although she's managed to maintain her sanity regardless of her career choice, jumping into the world of publishing her own books goes to show that she might be closer to the ledge than was previously thought.

After traveling the nation in her younger years as a military brat, having lived in Alaska, Washington State and California, she now resides in Oklahoma with her teenage daughter, two dogs and one cat, happily writing stories that she hopes her readers will enjoy.
