My
4.5 star review
Serena is starting her junior year of high school and
after what she went through with her sister; her new motto is school work and
NO BOYS! Being the beautiful girl she is there are lots of guys at school that
try to hit on her, but she isn’t having any of it. She has very few people
within her inner circle and she is completely fine with that. But then Aiden
happened.
Aiden is this cute as can be guy that just moved to
town and is now attending Serena’s high school. He has had to endure a death of
a loved one for almost a year now and hasn’t truly gotten over that. But how
can you get over the death of a parent? I know it would take me quite some time
myself if either of my parents were to pass away and I’m in my thirties. Aiden
is just a teenager and has to figure out life and girls, without having the one
girl he has known since birth there to support him and guide him. Yes, he has
his father but a relationship between a mother and son is incredibly hard thing
to replace. I like Aiden a lot. He is a very strong, caring, and loving
character. He sees Serena in one of his classes and instantly realizes he has
to get to know this beautiful creature.
Aiden and Serena end up being best friends, practically
doing everything together. Then one day, at a party, both of their worlds come even
closer together.
Never
Say Forever is the sweetest, cutest book that I have
ever read. Oh to be young again!! I love how much love is within the pages of
this book, it is remarkably refreshing. I loved every word that was written and
I would not change anything. Courtney Taylor it was beautifully written from
the first page to the last. I really
liked how this book had Serena’s POV and it also had Aiden’s POV, it was
awesome to know what each character was thinking.
My heart did break for Serena and Aiden though. Mainly because they have gone through some
pretty emotional things at such a young age and during the years they start to
discover who they really are as people as well. I can also somewhat relate to
Serena but I can’t tell you why because I don’t want to spoil it for you.
**Sorry…J**
I really hope that there will be a book two, because
even though Serena and Aiden’s story seemed somewhat complete there were so
many other characters that I want to know more about and what happens in all
their futures. Then again even though their story has been told, Serena and
Aiden are so cute that I could read any and every book with them in it. **hint
