My 4 star review

Mr. X is a killer, period. He is a paid assassin and is damn good at his job. He is tall, built, covered in tattoos, and has a scar in the shape of an X on his eye. He has been in the assassin organization since he was a small child. His mother and father never gave him a choice; they turned him into a monster.

Jay is a girl who abuses her body with sex and drugs. She has done this for so long that she knows nothing different. She works as a stripper and for extra money, gives oral sex to her clients, but never gives up her goodies to them. With everything that has happened to her she is a very strong and brave woman. But she tends to need drugs to make her feel numb so she can just deal with life.

 Mr. X and his family used to work for Jay’s father. Jay and Mr. X used to play together when they were kids. They were in each other’s lives for quite some time. Once they got older feelings got involved, which resulted in how Mr. X got his scar. And that is also the dame incident where Jay bumps her head and forgets her past. Mr. X hates Jay now and I mean HATES!!

While reading this book you will notice the author does an amazing job at keeping information from you, making you have to just sit there and take it! This book is full of lust, sex, revenge, love, passion, seduction, and plenty more. I love Mr. X and know he can’t help that he is a monster. He knows that. He just is the way he is and his parents are completely too blame for that. I enjoyed this book and I wish it didn’t end the way it did. However it was to be expected with having been warned in the very beginning… Though there in no cliffhanger in this story, one will still want more of Mr. X and Jay, Ms. Wild won’t disappoint you. I give this book 3.5 out of 5 stars only because well I just don’t like how it ended. But put that aside and it’s a 4 out of 5…

My 4.5 star review

Riley is a badass! She is one of the funniest, cutest, sassiest, and down to earth, take me or leave me book characters ever!! I really like this character a whole. I see a bit of myself in her too. She wears a mask of confidence, but once it is off she has insecurity issues just like everyone else.

Jax is a hot, sexy; a yummy that makes me, want to eat him up whole, dark guy, you just can’t get enough of. Oh and did I mention he is a bad boy. Oh yes, a hot rock star with tattoos, but… never judge a book by its cover. He is more than just sex appeal; he is a person with a past that no one really knows. And he plans on keeping it that way.

Riley & Jax meet one night when she goes to a bar to have drinks with her friend. The next thing she knows there is a special performance by The Hitchcock’s. Riley can’t take her eyes off them. She is drawn to bad boys, always has been, but let’s face it what woman isn’t attracted to a bad boy?! Jax’s voice is hypnotizing so much so that it can melt the panties off any woman and makes men want to be him. When Jax is on stage and is singing to the entire crowd of women, he spots Riley. Riley notices and ends up having to battle through a group of crazy women just to get to the front of the stage. When the set is over Jax jumps down off the stage, stalks over to Riley and whispers in her ear, “backstage in twenty minutes”. If that was me, I would have died right then and there. Well naturally, she ends up finding her way backstage but let’s just say that it wasn’t as easy as she thought it would be. She finds Jax, but can tell he is all about games and she isn’t the type of girl to play games let alone lose them. So she gives him a case of blue balls and leaves him…And well, if you want to find out what he does about it and where it all leads go pick up Reckless and start reading.  Otherwise you will blue balls, figuratively speaking, until you do. J

 This book is all the above: hilarious, sad, dark, heart-breaking, and full of secrets, betrayal, romance, and love. And leave it to Priscilla West to leave you with your mouth hanging wide open,  thinking what in the hell is going to happen. She did just that, because while I am writing this review, I am wondering what in the hell is going to happen in book two! This story took a totally different turn but that is Ms. West’s style. She will draw you in, make you think you know what is going to happen and then… BOOM!!! You weren’t even close. I Love it!!

Rick Cassidy is a porn star and one of the most successful ones at that. He has slept with over a thousand women due to his profession. He started working in the porn industry at 19 years old and now he not only stars in them, he films and directs them. He is in LA and he is filming some scenes for one of his new movies, while he is scheduled to do an interview with Infinity magazine.

Connie is the lucky woman that gets to interview the famous Rick Cassidy. She has never even watched a porn movie in her life and now she is interviewing the most successful porn star in the world. She isn’t even a fan of his but she has to stay professional and do her job even though she loathes what he does.

I was very happy when I found out that Jason Luke was writing yet another book. I am a huge fan of his. He is a very talented writer and I am so glad that he wrote yet another amazing story. Jason Luke has a way of making you enter his characters worlds.

I really liked Rick’s character and really feel sad for him. I mean, who doesn’t love sex! But alas, life is more than just sex. It is more than a hot sexy guy or a hot sexy girl. Lust is lust and love is love. There definitely isn’t love in the Pornographic industry. I love how Rick and Connie had 100% of my attention throughout this whole book.

I have to admit that I did text my Fiancée and told him that this is defiantly a book that men and women should read. He got quite a few more texts from me that I will not share with you at this moment. LOL! I was sad when the book came to a close because this story is an amazing meaningful story. And in my opinion was just beginning. But, as usual, I am very pleased with the ending.

So with all that being said, Congrats Jason Luke! Please go and get this book along with Interview with a Master and Vignettes of a Master. Jason Luke will not disappoint you!
